Our ceramic sanding belts offer some of the best cutting properties over the standard cutting belts in the market. The individual pieces of ceramic break away during use and create a new fresh cutting edge for a uniform and constant grinding during the life of the belt. Ceramic belts can last 50% to 200% longer than most abrasive belts especially on tough applications. (individual usage may vary)
Ceramic belts stay cool during use, which protects the material that is being worked on as well as the belt itself. The ceramic belts can be used on a variety of materials such as steel, stainless steel, wood, nickel alloys, cobalt, fiberglass, painted surfaces and plastics.
Würth ceramic belts can be used to remove spot welds, surface grinding, deburring, rust removal, paint removal, under coating removal, or grinding bolts and nuts in small working places.
